Prarambh Smart City — founded by Sachin Chaturvedi, with co-founders Rajesh Jindal (finance & strategy) and Balvantsinh Gadhvi (vision & execution) — is a senior living and retirement community brand creating safe, engaging environments for senior citizens across Noida, Pune and Ahmedabad. Senior living is one of the most trust-sensitive categories, where decisions involve multiple family members and long evaluation periods. The business was already running Google and Meta Ads, but results were unpredictable:

Poor website experience
