₹3,000–₹5,000/month → ₹10,000–₹15,000/month Zero fees 6 disciplines
The money, up front

You are paid from your first month. There is no unpaid phase.

Months 1–6 · learning phase

₹3,000–₹5,000/month

While you are mostly being taught and your output is mostly reviewed. Below market, and we say so — you are consuming senior time rather than producing billable work.

Months 7–12 · earning phase

₹10,000–₹15,000/month

From the month you take ownership of a channel on a live account and carry a number of your own. This is market rate for a Delhi-NCR marketing intern.

There is no fee of any kind. No registration charge, no training fee, no deposit. We pay you a stipend from your first month.

What makes this different

Built against the four things interns complain about.

Paid from month one

₹3,000–₹5,000/month while you learn, ₹10,000–₹15,000/month once you own a channel. No unpaid phase, and no fees in either direction.

A named mentor, not a desk

One specialist owns your progress, with a weekly 1:1 in the calendar. You will know whose job it is to answer your questions.

Real accounts, not simulations

Client deliverables from month four and your own channel from month seven — with published gates, so you always know what moves you up.

A certificate an employer can check

Every certificate carries an ID and a QR code resolving to a public verification page. Nothing you have to ask us to vouch for.

How it works

Four stages. Four exit points. One ladder.

3, 6, 9 and 12 months are not four different programmes — they are four places to get off the same one. Leave at three months and you leave with a three-month certificate, not a failure. Extend at any point if it is going well.

Practitioner — 6 months

The standard track — live client accounts and a real portfolio.

Final-year students and freshers who want work an employer can check.

The stipend steps up to 15,000 at month 7. This track finishes before then — extend to 9 or 12 months to reach it, which you can decide at any point during the internship rather than at the start.

  1. 1

    Learn

    Months 1–3₹3,000–₹5,000/month learning-phase stipend

Structured curriculum with a named mentor, plus shadowing on live accounts. You work in a sandbox — real tools, real data, no client risk. This stage is teaching, and we run it like teaching: a syllabus, weekly 1:1s, and work that gets marked.

To move up: Pass the foundation assessment and ship one mock deliverable your mentor signs off.

  2. 2

    Assist

    Months 4–6₹3,000–₹5,000/month learning-phase stipend

You start producing real client deliverables — drafts, builds, audits, creatives — every one reviewed and signed off by the specialist who owns the account. Your name goes on the work internally from here.

To move up: Three shipped client deliverables and a positive mentor review.

  3. Own

Months 7–9₹10,000–₹15,000/month — the stipend steps up hereNot in the 6-month track

You own a channel on a real account — the keyword set, the ad group, the content calendar, the build. Decisions are yours to make and defend. This is where you stop being an intern in practice.

To move up: Deliver a client-facing report solo, and hold the number you own for a full month.

  4. Lead

Months 10–12₹10,000–₹15,000/monthNot in the 6-month track

You run a small account end to end and mentor the intern who started after you. We start having the conversation about a full-time offer somewhere in month 10.

To move up: A portfolio of 10–12 documented campaigns with real numbers attached.

Disciplines

Pick the one you want to be good at.

Intakes are rolling rather than annual — we take a small number of interns per discipline whenever a seat opens, which means there is no deadline to miss and no reason to wait for a cohort date. Apply and we'll tell you honestly when the next seat is.

The certificate

Two documents, both of them true.

Finish the 12-month Career Track and you receive a completion certificate stating that you completed a 12-month structured internship & training programme at global info edge, comprising supervised live-client delivery across seo, paid media, content and web. — plus a separate experience letter stating the tenure, the role and the scope — factually, on letterhead.

What we will not issue is a certificate claiming “one year of employment”. An internship is not employment, and a document that overstates it is one a background check can dispute — with you, not us, holding it. Two accurate documents carry the same weight and survive scrutiny.

Every certificate carries an ID and a QR code pointing at a public verification page, so an employer can confirm it in one click.

Honest fit

Who this is for — and who it isn't.

Apply if

  • You want marketing to be a career, not a gap-year line on a CV
  • You would rather be corrected weekly than left alone for six months
  • You can commit five days a week for the duration you pick
  • You are starting from zero and are honest about it

Don't, if

  • You need a certificate this month and no actual work behind it
  • You want a guaranteed job offer in writing before you start
  • You are looking for work-from-home with flexible hours and no calls
  • You want to be told what to do rather than asked what you think
Internship FAQs

What applicants ask us first.

Can't find your question? Reach out at hello@globalinfoedge.com.

Yes, from day one. Months 1–6 carry a learning-phase stipend of ₹3,000–₹5,000/month while you are mostly being taught. From month 7, when you take ownership of a channel on a live client account, it rises to ₹10,000–₹15,000/month. There is no unpaid phase.

How to share your resume or portfolio link

Google Drive (PDF or Doc)

  1. Open drive.google.com and upload your resume — PDF is safest, since it keeps your formatting.
  2. Right-click the file → Share.
  3. Under “General access”, change “Restricted” to “Anyone with the link”.
  4. Keep the role as Viewer — we only need to read it.
  5. Click “Copy link”, then paste it in the field above.

Test it in a private/incognito window. If it asks you to request access, it is still restricted.

Canva (resume or portfolio design)

  1. Open your design in Canva and click Share (top right).
  2. Choose “Public view link” → “Copy link” to share the live design,
  3. …or Share → Download → PDF Standard, then upload that PDF to Google Drive and share it as above.
  4. If you see “Only you can access”, switch it to “Anyone with the link” → “Can view”.
  5. Paste the copied link in the field above.

A Canva edit link (ending in /edit) will not open for us — always use the view or public link.

No resume ready? Leave it blank and link your work above — we care more about what you've shipped than the document.

A few quick questions — all optional

Answer what you like. It helps us skip the obvious questions on the first call, and it moves a thoughtful application up the pile.

We read every one of these. It is the field that most often decides the shortlist.
