Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not provided in these cases:

• Change of Mind: If the client changes their mind after the service has commenced.
• Lack of Client Cooperation: If the client does not provide necessary information or collaboration required for service delivery.
• Third-Party Issues: If issues arise from third-party services or software used by the client.
• Accepted Services: If the service has been delivered as per the agreed specifications and accepted by the client.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the service delivery. You will need to provide:

• A detailed description of the issue or reason for the refund.
• Any supporting documents or evidence related to your request.

Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.
