SEO Internship
The most durable skill in the stack, and the one with the longest feedback loop. You learn technical SEO, content strategy and the new answer-engine layer on client sites that already rank — and on ours.
Posted 29 September 2026 · rolling intake
There is no fee of any kind. No registration charge, no training fee, no deposit. We pay you a stipend from your first month.
What you'll learn
- Technical SEO from the crawler's side: indexation, canonicals, sitemaps, redirects, log-file basics
- Core Web Vitals and what actually moves LCP, CLS and INP on a real site
- Structured data: Organization, Service, FAQ, Breadcrumb, JobPosting — hand-written, not plugin-generated
- Keyword research and the hub-and-spoke architecture we use across our own location pages
- GEO / answer-engine optimisation — how ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews pick a source, and how to be it
What you'll actually work on
- Run full technical audits on client sites and write the fix list a developer can act on
- Build keyword maps and content briefs that writers work from
- Implement and validate schema, then confirm it in Rich Results Test and Search Console
- Own on-page optimisation for a set of pages and track them weekly
- Chase and report the numbers in Search Console every month — impressions, position, clicks
Tools you'll use daily
What we're looking for
- Patience for detail — SEO is mostly finding the thing everyone skimmed past
- Enough curiosity to read documentation rather than a listicle about it
- Basic HTML literacy helps, but we teach it if you don't have it
- No prior SEO experience needed
What you leave with
- Two full technical audits with the before-and-after ranking data
- A hub-and-spoke content architecture you planned and saw published
- Documented Core Web Vitals improvements on a live site
How the seo track runs.
The same four stages apply to every discipline. Pick a duration below to see what your track covers and where the stipend steps up.
Practitioner — 6 months
The standard track — live client accounts and a real portfolio.
- You leave with
- You leave with shipped client deliverables, not coursework.
- Certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate (6 months) + portfolio review
- Best for
- Final-year students and freshers who want work an employer can check.
The stipend steps up to 15,000 at month 7. This track finishes before then — extend to 9 or 12 months to reach it, which you can decide at any point during the internship rather than at the start.

Learn
Months 1–3₹3,000–₹5,000/month learning-phase stipendStructured curriculum with a named mentor, plus shadowing on live accounts. You work in a sandbox — real tools, real data, no client risk. This stage is teaching, and we run it like teaching: a syllabus, weekly 1:1s, and work that gets marked.
To move up: Pass the foundation assessment and ship one mock deliverable your mentor signs off.
- 2
Assist
Months 4–6₹3,000–₹5,000/month learning-phase stipendYou start producing real client deliverables — drafts, builds, audits, creatives — every one reviewed and signed off by the specialist who owns the account. Your name goes on the work internally from here.
To move up: Three shipped client deliverables and a positive mentor review.
Own
Months 7–9₹10,000–₹15,000/month — the stipend steps up hereNot in the 6-month trackYou own a channel on a real account — the keyword set, the ad group, the content calendar, the build. Decisions are yours to make and defend. This is where you stop being an intern in practice.
To move up: Deliver a client-facing report solo, and hold the number you own for a full month.
Lead
Months 10–12₹10,000–₹15,000/monthNot in the 6-month trackYou run a small account end to end and mentor the intern who started after you. We start having the conversation about a full-time offer somewhere in month 10.
To move up: A portfolio of 10–12 documented campaigns with real numbers attached.
Intakes are rolling rather than annual — we take a small number of interns per discipline whenever a seat opens, which means there is no deadline to miss and no reason to wait for a cohort date. Apply and we'll tell you honestly when the next seat is.

Technical SEO (indexation, canonicals, redirects, Core Web Vitals), hand-written structured data, keyword research and hub-and-spoke content architecture, and answer-engine optimisation for ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. All of it applied to client sites that already have traffic, so you see the effect of a change.
