Graphic Design & Video Editing Internship
Craft applied to campaigns that run. Ad creatives, landing page visuals, brand systems and short-form video — made to a brief, tested against real performance, and iterated on what the data says.
Posted 29 September 2026 · rolling intake
There is no fee of any kind. No registration charge, no training fee, no deposit. We pay you a stipend from your first month.
What you'll learn
- Design fundamentals that survive a small screen: hierarchy, contrast, type, spacing
- Ad creative that performs — the difference between a pretty asset and a converting one
- Brand systems: building a kit someone else can use without you in the room
- Short-form video: pacing, subtitles, sound design, and cutting for retention
- AI-assisted production — image generation, upscaling, background work, and where it still shows
What you'll actually work on
- Produce ad creative sets for live Google and Meta campaigns
- Design landing page and website visuals the developers build from
- Cut short-form video for client social calendars
- Build and maintain brand asset kits for retainer clients
- Iterate creatives against the performance data, not against opinion
Tools you'll use daily
What we're looking for
- A portfolio, however small — college work and personal projects count
- Figma or Adobe fluency in at least one discipline
- Willingness to have work critiqued against performance rather than taste
- No agency experience needed
What you leave with
- Creative sets that ran on live campaigns, with performance attached
- A brand system you built end to end
- A short-form showreel from real client work
How the design & video track runs.
The same four stages apply to every discipline. Pick a duration below to see what your track covers and where the stipend steps up.
Practitioner — 6 months
The standard track — live client accounts and a real portfolio.
- You leave with
- You leave with shipped client deliverables, not coursework.
- Certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate (6 months) + portfolio review
- Best for
- Final-year students and freshers who want work an employer can check.
The stipend steps up to 15,000 at month 7. This track finishes before then — extend to 9 or 12 months to reach it, which you can decide at any point during the internship rather than at the start.

Learn
Months 1–3₹3,000–₹5,000/month learning-phase stipendStructured curriculum with a named mentor, plus shadowing on live accounts. You work in a sandbox — real tools, real data, no client risk. This stage is teaching, and we run it like teaching: a syllabus, weekly 1:1s, and work that gets marked.
To move up: Pass the foundation assessment and ship one mock deliverable your mentor signs off.
- 2
Assist
Months 4–6₹3,000–₹5,000/month learning-phase stipendYou start producing real client deliverables — drafts, builds, audits, creatives — every one reviewed and signed off by the specialist who owns the account. Your name goes on the work internally from here.
To move up: Three shipped client deliverables and a positive mentor review.
Own
Months 7–9₹10,000–₹15,000/month — the stipend steps up hereNot in the 6-month trackYou own a channel on a real account — the keyword set, the ad group, the content calendar, the build. Decisions are yours to make and defend. This is where you stop being an intern in practice.
To move up: Deliver a client-facing report solo, and hold the number you own for a full month.
Lead
Months 10–12₹10,000–₹15,000/monthNot in the 6-month trackYou run a small account end to end and mentor the intern who started after you. We start having the conversation about a full-time offer somewhere in month 10.
To move up: A portfolio of 10–12 documented campaigns with real numbers attached.
Intakes are rolling rather than annual — we take a small number of interns per discipline whenever a seat opens, which means there is no deadline to miss and no reason to wait for a cohort date. Apply and we'll tell you honestly when the next seat is.
The answers people ask for.
Can't find your question? Reach out at hello@globalinfoedge.com.
No. We look at the portfolio, and college or personal work counts. What matters more is whether you can take a critique that says the creative underperformed and treat it as information.
Apply — Design & Video
2 seats per intake. Tell us when you can start and why this discipline — that answer decides most shortlists.
