Social Media Marketing Internship
Strategy and craft, not just scheduling. You plan calendars, write hooks, brief and cut short-form video, and read the analytics that decide what gets made next month.
Posted 29 September 2026 · rolling intake
There is no fee of any kind. No registration charge, no training fee, no deposit. We pay you a stipend from your first month.
What you'll learn
- Platform mechanics that actually differ: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Facebook
- Hook writing and retention editing — the first three seconds, and why most brand video dies there
- Content strategy tied to a business outcome rather than to a posting frequency
- Community management and the tone rules that keep a brand out of trouble
- AI-assisted production: scripting, variants, subtitles, repurposing one shoot into a month
What you'll actually work on
- Own a client's monthly content calendar from brief to scheduled
- Write hooks, captions and CTAs that go out under the client's name
- Brief and review short-form edits, and cut simple ones yourself
- Run the monthly analytics review and recommend next month's mix
- Manage community inboxes and escalate what needs a human
Tools you'll use daily
What we're looking for
- A feel for what makes someone stop scrolling, and the willingness to be wrong about it
- Writing that sounds like a person
- Basic editing — CapCut or Premiere — or the appetite to learn it fast
- Show us something you made. It does not have to have performed well.
What you leave with
- A year of published content across several client brands
- Documented growth numbers on at least one account you owned
- A short-form reel of your best-performing cuts
How the social media marketing track runs.
The same four stages apply to every discipline. Pick a duration below to see what your track covers and where the stipend steps up.
Practitioner — 6 months
The standard track — live client accounts and a real portfolio.
- You leave with
- You leave with shipped client deliverables, not coursework.
- Certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate (6 months) + portfolio review
- Best for
- Final-year students and freshers who want work an employer can check.
The stipend steps up to 15,000 at month 7. This track finishes before then — extend to 9 or 12 months to reach it, which you can decide at any point during the internship rather than at the start.

Learn
Months 1–3₹3,000–₹5,000/month learning-phase stipendStructured curriculum with a named mentor, plus shadowing on live accounts. You work in a sandbox — real tools, real data, no client risk. This stage is teaching, and we run it like teaching: a syllabus, weekly 1:1s, and work that gets marked.
To move up: Pass the foundation assessment and ship one mock deliverable your mentor signs off.

Assist
Months 4–6₹3,000–₹5,000/month learning-phase stipendYou start producing real client deliverables — drafts, builds, audits, creatives — every one reviewed and signed off by the specialist who owns the account. Your name goes on the work internally from here.
To move up: Three shipped client deliverables and a positive mentor review.
Own
Months 7–9₹10,000–₹15,000/month — the stipend steps up hereNot in the 6-month trackYou own a channel on a real account — the keyword set, the ad group, the content calendar, the build. Decisions are yours to make and defend. This is where you stop being an intern in practice.
To move up: Deliver a client-facing report solo, and hold the number you own for a full month.
Lead
Months 10–12₹10,000–₹15,000/monthNot in the 6-month trackYou run a small account end to end and mentor the intern who started after you. We start having the conversation about a full-time offer somewhere in month 10.
To move up: A portfolio of 10–12 documented campaigns with real numbers attached.
Intakes are rolling rather than annual — we take a small number of interns per discipline whenever a seat opens, which means there is no deadline to miss and no reason to wait for a cohort date. Apply and we'll tell you honestly when the next seat is.

No. Scheduling is the smallest part. You plan the calendar against a business outcome, write the hooks, brief the edits, and defend next month's mix using this month's numbers. Posting is the last ten minutes of the job.
