The client & the challenge

Guduchi Ayurveda is a modern Ayurvedic healthcare brand headquartered in Bangalore, founded by a group of Ayurvedic doctors. Best known for its Diabetes Reversal Program for Type 2 diabetes, it offers phone and video doctor consultations and produces 200+ natural medicines. With 300+ people, it sits firmly in the growing SMB/mid-market healthcare space. Guduchi's challenge wasn't awareness — it was acquiring qualified patients efficiently:

A single, underperforming channel

Their entire paid effort ran on Meta Ads. Leads were cheap, but conversions were very low — high volume, weak quality.

No presence on high-intent search

They had never run Google Ads, missing exactly the people actively searching for diabetes care and doctor consultations.

Landing pages not built for the job

Their LPs were poorly structured and — critically for a healthcare brand — were not designed to meet Google Ads' health and wellness advertising policies.
