The client & the challenge

PTW Holidays is a 200-strong tour and travel agency based in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, serving travellers across India. With a strong on-ground operation, their growth was being held back by one thing: their digital lead engine. When PTW came to Global Info Edge, the picture was familiar for a fast-growing travel brand running marketing in-house:

High cost-per-lead and weak conversions

Ads were managed internally with poor ROAS, and lead quality wasn't matching the spend.

Their WordPress pages on a WHM/cPanel stack loaded in 10+ seconds — bleeding paid traffic before visitors ever saw an offer.

Our strategy

We treated PTW's problem as a full-funnel system, not just an ad-account fix. Four moves worked together:

Rebuild the landing pages on Node.js

Slow pages were the single biggest leak. We rebuilt PTW's landing pages on a lightweight Node.js stack, engineered to convert paid traffic — fast load, clear offers, a frictionless enquiry path.

Restructure the Google & Meta campaigns

We rebuilt the ad architecture around intent and re-engagement instead of broad, untargeted spend.

Move hosting to a managed VPS (under AMC)

We migrated PTW off the fragile cPanel setup onto a performance-tuned, actively managed VPS — ending the recurring malware, downtime, and speed-decay cycle.

Automate lead follow-up with N8N

We built an automated nurture workflow so no lead went cold.
