Support hours
Each plan includes a set number of support hours per month. Unused hours don't roll over, so scheduling stays predictable; extra hours are billed at a discounted AMC rate.

Urgent issues get a guaranteed first response within the plan's SLA window; criticals on Enterprise are handled 24/7.
Payment terms
Billed monthly or annually in advance. Pay for the year upfront and save ~10% versus monthly. Ad spend is paid directly to Google/Meta and is never marked up.
Contract & exit
Annual term with a 3-month minimum commitment, then cancellable with 30 days' notice. You own every account, asset and password — always.

An AMC is a yearly plan that covers ongoing care of your digital tools — website and tech maintenance, security and backups, AI and tracking upkeep, and light marketing and content support — for a fixed, predictable monthly or annual fee, instead of paying for fixes one crisis at a time.
Do I need an AMC if my website already works?
That's exactly when problems build up silently — outdated plugins, expiring SSLs, broken tracking, slow pages and security holes. An AMC keeps everything patched, monitored and fast so small issues are fixed before they cost you leads or downtime.
Which plan is right for me?
Essential Care suits standard small-business sites that need security and stability. Growth & Performance fits e-commerce and marketing-led brands that need active optimization and tracking. Enterprise Automation is for custom AI, SaaS and tracking-heavy systems that need continuous engineering and fast SLAs.
Do unused support hours roll over?
No — unused hours don't carry to the next month, which keeps our scheduling (and your price) predictable. If you need more in a given month, extra hours are billed at a discounted AMC rate.
Can I get an AMC if you didn't build my site?
Yes. We onboard sites and setups we didn't build with a short technical audit first, then bring them onto the plan. Existing GIE clients get preferred AMC pricing.
Is the ad budget included in the AMC?
No — AMC covers the management and upkeep of your campaigns and systems. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta and is never marked up.
