What you'll do
- Run technical audits and actually get the fixes shipped
- Own Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation and schema
- Build keyword and content strategies that map to real business intent
- Work on AI search visibility (GEO) alongside classical SEO
- Report on rankings, traffic and — more importantly — leads
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in SEO with hands-on technical work, not just content briefs
- Comfortable in Search Console, Screaming Frog / Sitebulb, GA4
- Understands structured data well enough to debug it
- Can read enough HTML/JS to tell a developer precisely what's wrong
- Keeps up with algorithm and AI-search changes without chasing every rumour
Nice to have
- Local SEO / GMB at scale
- Next.js or other JS-framework SEO
