What you'll do
- Design and build landing pages around conversion, not just looks
- Build responsive, fast-loading pages (WordPress and/or modern stacks)
- Set up and debug tracking — GTM, conversion events, pixels
- Collaborate with marketers so the build serves the funnel
- Fix breakages quickly, and prevent the class of bug next time
What we're looking for
- 1–2+ years building websites and landing pages
- Hands-on with WordPress, Figma, and/or modern front-end (HTML/CSS, React/Next.js a plus)
- Mobile-first and genuinely performance-aware
- Comfortable with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- A portfolio of real, shipped work
